At FMD FITNESS we’ve done our best to make ordering as simple and quick as possible.
SHIPPING
POLICIES
- Domestic orders
are shipped via UPS Ground in most cases. UPS does not deliver to
PO Boxes or military APO or FPO addresses so if you require shipment
to a PO Box or military APO or FPO address, your order will be sent
via Parcel Direct.
- Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends unless special arrangements are made and additional charges are applied. Every possible effort is made to ship orders received before 2:00 pm Eastern Time the same day.
- Standard shipments are via
UPS Ground within the continental United States.
- For destinations
in Alaska and Hawaii, you pay shipping charges based on the weight
of the package. Most packages to these destinations are shipped via
US Mail.

United States (48): Unless otherwise specified orders are shipped via
UPS Ground and are usually delivered 4-6 business days from date of
shipment. UPS 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight Services are available and
shipping and handling charges are shown in the Nutrition and
Beyond shipping chart. Please note that UPS 2 day service rates are
based on up to 4 items, additional charges will apply on 5 and above
items shipped. For UPS Next Day Service, all charges are estimated and
may be higher for heavier items such as protein powders etc.
Parcel Direct, PO Boxes & Military Addresses: Orders are shipped via Parcel Direct for $10.95 for 1 item + $2.00 per additional item.
Alaska, Hawaii & US territories: Orders are shipped via US Mail at
$19.95 for the first item and $4.00 for every item thereafter. While these are our
very best estimated cost, we do reserve the right to increase the shipping charge in cases
where the shipment weighs more than usual (i.e. multiple protein powders, boxes of bars,
etc.). In these rare cases, the shipping charge is based on the actual weight of the
package and we will notify you in advance of any additional shipping charges. Call or
email us for exact shipping charges in these cases.
Illinois State Law Illinois State Law prohibits the sale of
ephedra or ephedra alkaloids. We cannot sell or ship supplements containing ephedra or
ephedra alkaloids to Illinois residents or persons located in Illinois.
